Site Development
Set up & design fee	$250 (Up to 5 pages, 10 graphics, 5 links, 2 email links. $475 (Up to 10 pages, 15 graphics, 8 links, 5 email links.
Non-Basic HTML Pages:	These include elements such as forms, cgi, Java, Active X, heavy graphics and so on. Call for rates.
Page Modifications:	$60/hour.  Minimum charge 15 minutes. Please email us for additional information and pricing.
Scanning:	Scanning services are available at $10 per scan. Most graphic formats are available.
Ad/Banner Creation:	Please email us for additional information and pricing. Basic banner, 4 color, 60 x 480, $45.

Site Hosting
Basic HTML Page Hosting:	$10 per month. Will be hosted as http://www.federaljobs.net/your choice.htm
Non-Basic HTML Page Hosting:	Will be hosted as http://www.federaljobs.net/your choice. Please contact us at bookhaven@aol.com for additional information and pricing.
Custom domain names:	We can register your custom domain name at cost if we design your site. Average cost is $45 per year.

EXAMPLE

Bookhaven designs basic 5 page site. We obtain information, copy, graphics, and email links  from you concerning your products and services. We design the site and post it for your review. After your review and acceptance we activate the site. Your cost would be the one-time fee of $250 for setup and design plus $10 per month hosting on federaljobs.net. You would be required to concurrently purchase a banner to be placed on federaljobs.net to link your site to ours and to promote your products/services. The monthly cost for a banner is $125 per month for a six month ad or as little as $100 per month for a one year commitment. Your total cost would be:

Site design and setup:  $250 (5 page site) total one-time cost
Web hosting on federaljobs.net: $10 per month
Banner on federaljobs.net: $125 per month for 6 months or $100 per month for 12 months.

Total cost would be $250 for design at time of activation plus $125 per month for 6 months or $100 per month if you sign a one year banner ad.  Banners and hosting is invoiced quarterly, three months at a time.
